Reasons My Kintsugijin is Crying, or; The Weepy Marshmallow Brigade

I cried yesterday because of pictures like these. This is a thylacine. They're extinct. The last of them (this one) died in a zoo. He looks so unhappy. :(

Also...he died because sexism. On an unseasonably cold weekend, the only zoo worker who could let him inside the warm enclosure was female...and they wouldn't let her do it because they only let men get close to him. :( It was the 1930s and people sucked like that then.

There are many adorable pictures of thylacines on the internet, but there are also lots of sad ones.

This is the song I can't listen to without bawling. It doesn't help that when the Challenger exploded I was like barely 21 and I remember watching it and bawling all morning and going to school and bawling some more with my gamer friends.

one of my friends got angry and raised her voice

it wasn't at me, but i get scared when people get angry and raise their voices, especially when they have loud voices

 

I looked at my reflection in a mirror and realized it was me and I actually existed.
