Sibling had one as Tracer that consisted of, if I remember right, failing to kill several people frozen by Mei's ult and accidentally cancelling their own reload animation.

 

Oh, speaking of which: is anyone here interested in competitive? Moony, me, a friend of mine named Zenis, and possibly another friend named Rants basically just need to coordinate, but we'd like to have a full team of six. There's a Discord voice chat channel (which we'd be using) and obviously the difficulty would be ramped up, but listen, gold weapons.

i would be! i've done my ranking matches & they were terrrible so that is a thing to account for, but yeah!

 

Weeee haven't done ranking matches yet, because all of our time schedules were Fucked, but I doubt we will rank very high. That Is Okay. :')

 

ranked is Hard, even playing with a group of ~50 levels & one 130 level we got wrecked. apparently it goes by individual performance though so that is encouraging!
but for now then you can count me in!
though i'm going home in a week & i'm not sure how well my home internet will support overwatch (it did league okay, so this should be fine, but i'd like to test it some). also i've never used discord, i'm used to curse, but i think they're fairly similar.

I haven't played enough yet to be allowed to do the ranking matches but I am tentatively interested? Depends on how poorly I do (and on timezone bs) :P

 

That's fair! Each season lasts around three months, so it's not like competitive is always going to be the same ranking too.

 

Can officially attest: team of six Bastions on defense on Gibraltr? Not fun to play against.

I feel really bad for the bro we'd basically brought along to do fighting against real people for the first time. That was not the sort of fun time we were expecting for him. (Didn't help that our match before them was a team of people all 50+ levels higher than our highest level person.)

 

I put a teleporter on that moving platform in Volskaya once as a goof and some fucking Roadhog went seven miles out of his way to destroy it, and I am eternally pissed that he ruined my attempt to hassle my own team. How dare.

 

We were defending!! They hadn't captured the first point! The fuck was he doing that far back?

 

I looooooooooooooooooooooove Overwatch and I played for almost 12 hours straight shortly after getting it. Since then I've been attempting to limit myself. Ask me how that's working out.

I'm absolutely garbage at FPS anyway but I'm Moonstone#11798 and I primarily play Tracer or Mercy if anyone on here wants to add me and group up whenever!

 

i'm doing drunkwatch tonight with the group that picked me up a while ago. i'll let you guys know how it goes after the fact but here are the rules that i & another guy came up with at 4am:

Spoiler: overwatch drinking game, please be responsible

drink when:

• d.va misses her ult/no one dies from her ult
• mercy dies right after rez
• ryuuga wa ga teki wo kyuuro
• interrupted ult ("it's high ughghhg")
• bastion/torbjorn/junkrat potg
• finish your drink if mercy gets potg
• someone kills themself with their ult
• high noon

there's more but the other dude has the rules actually written down, i am just remembering these. 4am is Early

we snagged @Aqua Vitae for the last couple rounds where i had to stop, but even before that it was just stupid. 10/10 would do again, would dilute drinks &/or not go with diesem the "mercy rezed so yall gotta drink" guy

Reading through character lines and let me tell you, I am riding way harder than I ever intended for Reinhardt/Torbjorn. LET THEM BE OLD, AND GAY, AND OLD GAYS TOGETHER.

(Also, Symmetra <3< Lucio. They get nasty with each other, it is delightful.)

 

tbh i ship d.va <>lucio a lot... they're super cute & i want them to stream together & be happy lil nerds. (also hello friends i am in reaper/soldier 76 hell. i knew this was coming & yet. why am i predictable like this. same with mercy/pharah & mei/zarya)
also seconding the symmetra <3< lucio, their banter is so good
