A couple things that may or may not be obvious: You won't get the items until you pay for at least 1-2 months of subscription, sadly the free month included in the game purchase does not count. However if you pay in advance you will get the items as soon as you do. (So...I guess "free" is a bit conditional :( I actually forgot about this until I read the instruction page, sorry! X.x ) the friendship circlet gives you an exp bonus thru level 25 as long as you wear it. This *includes* level 25 so it will work until you hit level 26. it stacks with your armory exp bonus and the exp ring you get from the novice training regimen with the Smith. (Hell ye) If you buy the expansion later, you have to buy it on Steam if you bought the game on Steam, and likewise the Steam version is not compatible with the version you get straight from SE :/

no problem! I just believe firmly that every newbie should get a friendship circlet because 1. it's cute looking and 2. helpful as heck. Every time I level an alt i cry about no armory bonus.
