Catching all 151, er, 368, er ... a lot: The Pokemon Infodump Party!

My first one was SoulSilver, but since I like the color blue more than I like red or yellow, I went with that one.

 

I probably am gonna stick with blue just because its my first choice. Im still convinced that the teams are based on the legendary birds, zapdos, moltres and articuno and theres been nothing (that ive seen) to suggest otherwise XD

 

Well, when you pick a team and look at the gym leader silhouettes, the legendary birds are silhouetted above them! So I'd say you're right.

Edit: And in your profile after you've joined a team, you get a symbol that looks like one of the birds.

I am eternally salty at red team cos some red jackasses plonked an 800+CP vaporeon and now a 600+CP nidoqueen on the only gym in an area mostly populated with low-level players :||

I wanna make friends at whoever the yellow holding it before was, tho.

 

Same with me and yellow- when I was at the aquarium, all the gyms were held by 500+ yellows. It's why I'm so surprised when people call them the underdog team or what have you

I picked blue because of the description but instantly regretted it upon learning what color you are does nothing right now. I wanted yellowww but i am blue so i will be the most competitive hype man i can. GO BLUE WE RULE

 

I caved and just made a google account one- and it fucking works! Also, i think i met my local pokemon professor today c: he looks like professor birch and told me where the best pokestop in town was and what sort of pokemon he'd caught there.

that's why i only play at night or the evening.

 

I only play late/early because the servers are kind of unstable during the day, plus my phone has a tendency to overheat a LOT

 

How the heck do you find pokemon? Ive got the thing working and there are two pidgeys supposedly three steps away but ive tried walking all over the property and am not finding them.

 

three steps equals three of your radar circles. it's very far away.

 

Fuck. Well, good to know at least, ill try again tomorrow since its too dark here to really play at night.
