have you tried dollmakers/dress up games? with them, you can make a pic that fits your description of her instead of searching for a human being that happens to match.

Eeee. Sure, if you're so inclined; no obligation, but it'd be fun. :D She's small and slight, with no sign of a growthspurt in sight; no gawky limbs yet, and she looks more ten than twelve. Big blue eyes, brown hair that goes down past her shoulders and tends to fall into her face. She's of Ukrainian Jewish ancestry, and she's fairly pretty, though not remarkably so. As for facial features, uh... I could come up with some words, but I only have a vague idea of what an "oval face" or a "snub nose" looks like. Not for lack of trying. If y'all have picture thoughts, I am happy to take them; just didn't wanna bug anyone. :D
