I don't have anything of real substance to add, but I was organizing my comics earlier and happened to open mtmte trade 9 to the page where Thunderclash calls Sunder a "ruffian", and I think that's just beautiful.

Goshdarnit, Strika was apparently in that council meeting the whole time, and we got shots of everyone else, but not even one decent shot of her! :C

He's drawn a lot smaller in Windblade. But in Beast Machines he and Strika were both giants, enough that he could play at being a mindless brute and people believed him to be a celebrated general on strength alone.
His design was even weirder there, even more of a "he is a metal bug that turns into a helicopter, not a robot that turns into a helicopter."

With his tail thing only slightly off the ground, his head is only a little below hers, and his shoulders and back things are Substantial, so both of them hit my happy place for looks-like-they-could-just-be-dumb-muscle-but-secretly-extremely-intelligent.

Also I didn't even realize that this panel was a deliberate Beast Machines callback until I bopped over to Strika's wiki page for something else, but I REALLY like this Beast Machines callback

THE BIG GIANT ROBOT TORRENT GUIDE
I posted this on WinkWonk's thread, but I thought other might be curious about how to torrent, so here's my big old post.

As spockandawe pointed out, there's a huge number of IDW transformers comics and many of them are hard to find. Luckily, a dedicated crew of torrent pirates have you covered. You can download the entire run of comics or just select a few from a massive archive. This is not a substitute for purchasing the comics, but say, trying to read Rodimus' entire storyline pre-MTMTE will set you back at least a 50 - 80 bucks and you might never want to read them again. I know there are a bunch of different views on piracy, but I personally am only going to buy a comic if I plan to read it more than once (same with music and books).

Anyway, if you decide that your conscience can handle it, here's a guide to Torrenting-

What are torrents?: The ultimate way to share files. Instead of downloading the whole file directly from one source, the torrent program downloads very small pieces of the same file from many sources all at once. Because of the large number of sources, your download speed is usually only limited by your internet connection.

FIRST! Make sure that your PC has some kind of basic security (anti virus programs, antiadware etc) before you start exploring the links below. AVAST and AVG are two free programs that should do the trick. There are MANY torrent hubs that are untrustworthy.

I have never had a problem with my chosen site, kickass.to, but it's better to be safe then sorry. Anything running Mac OS has less to worry about, but the security programs I listed do have mac versions. Another bonus, Kickass doesn't appear to have seedy porn ads, even when I disabled adblock (there is some ladies in lingerie).

Helpful links: Some MASSIVE downloadable archives of transformers comics (see below). You can choose to download the whole file or specific pieces.

    All transformers comics since 1984
    https://kat.cr/transformers-collect...trades-extras-1984-ongoing-nem-t12703424.html
This one looks well supported! - The directory on the webpage is incomplete, there's just too many comics. But the file has EVERYTHING in it, up to volume 53 of MTMTE.

Entire IDW Phase one Collection - This is better organized. Those looking for Chaos just need to download volume 8
    https://kat.cr/the-transformers-the-idw-collection-phase-one-volume-1-8-digital-empire-t9777232.html

User Nemesis43 has put out a huge number of torrents for the transformers fandom and I've never run into a problem with their stuff. Always look at the comments for a file to make sure that it's legitimate.

HOW TO TORRENT: (general guide for everyone)
1.) Download and install a torrent client program (I use bittorrent).
2.) when browsing for torrents, always go to kickass.to or kat.cr and use their torrent search feature. A google search for torrents will almost always lead to one of the phishing/scam sites that mirror the data from kickass. DO NOT USE ANY OF THOSE (kickasstorrentau, kickasstorrenteu, etc)
3.) When you've found a torrent you want to download, click 'Download Torrent' in the upper lefthand corner (ignore all other links, just go for the 'download torrent' rectangle), it will download a small file with the .torrent extension
4.) Open the small file up in the torrent program (or just click on it) and select which parts of the torrent you want to download, then let it run!
5.) The download speed will be very slow at first, but it should increase dramatically the longer you are downloading (depending on the others who are sharing the file and your own internet connection). I recommend setting an upload limit for the torrents if they are eating up all your bandwidth (right click file/bandwidth allocation/Set upload limit)

*Get a dedicated comic viewer program that can easily read archived files (the most common are .cbz and .cbr) I use Sequential for the Mac.

*It's good manners to keep sharing the file after it's been downloaded. The transformers comics aren't in high demand though, so you might not get anyone who wants to download it off of you.

If anyone has questions, don't hesitate to ask.
