Someone put a lure on one of the Pokestops I can see from work yesterday, so I pulled in on the way home and caught a Bulbasaur to complete my starter collection! I named it Partychoke.

oh man i sort of want to get into pokemon go-ing when it finally comes to canada, im near like four churches which I gather means hella gyms?

also i'd be team yellow because wee babby Everett had pokemon yellow pikachu version~

I'm having fun

 

Tonight's excursion into the tall grass: hit all the Pokestops at the park, got a Bellsprout, got some tougher versions of pokes I already had and a few wimpy ones to just straight up cash in for candy, and challenged the gym. Valor had it pretty well locked down so I was not able to claim it in the name of the Bird in the North, but at least I beat one of its trainers and slapped a little bit of prestige out of it.

I went into town today to play! I got about 30 pokemon total and now im up to level 5!(for some reason its not suggesting i pick a team though? Whatevs) im really hoping i can go and walk around the biggest local campus sometime soon, i passed it while on the way to the drugstore and i could see like 30 pokestops right there. Also very excited to see what my own campus looks like whenever i go there again- pokemon os actually helping me look forward to going back to school a little.

So many gyms around town too. Mostly blue and red unsurprisingly, but more yellow gyms than i expected? Then again, i hardly expected to see any lol.

 

it'll only tell you to pick a team the first time you challenge a gym.

I did over 7 miles today in search of Pokemon. Didn't catch anything spectacular, but I did get two more eggs and hatch some as well. Also, to the random lady who shouted "Pokemon GO!?!?!" at me as you drove past: I hope you saw my thumbs up. Sorry, but I was looking for the Eevee.
