    @Bel Capricorn clefairy's really good!

    Also I went to the big graveyard today and there were thirty plus people walking around, not including the people in cars, and five different lures set up. There was also one very confused elderly couple visiting a grave who asked us who all these young people were.

    There's a Pokestop right next to the RL gym I go to (also a Pokemon gym at the other end of the strip mall), and someone slapped a lure on it just as I got there. There were probably ten people sitting outside the cafe on the corner playing. I was able to do my workout, collect items every 5 minutes, and I caught a Tangela and a Goldeen!

    Then when I came out, I collected two Oddishes and an Eevee and had a nice chat with two guys who were hanging around collecting Pokemon in the parking lot. "Catching anything good?"

    What a time to be alive.

    I talked to my grandma tonight on the phone about pokemon go, she wants to pick it up since she has friends who are diverting their drives to places to catch pokemon and is intrigued. It really is an amazing time to be alive. Also my brother and I went for a late night drive to take over gyms and catch some mons, it involved a bunch of frustrating app crashes but we did catch a rhyhorn and discovered that you can double team gyms to take down stronger pokemon. Our highest levels were 650ish and most of the rest around 400-500, but we managed to take down a gym with 4 mons, lvl 450, 700, 850 and 990. Feels good man.

    How do you do the doubleteaming? My sister and I challenged the gym up the road at the same time and both got single battles

    It should happen automatically, like... how it happened for us was that if another person showed up to battle while you were in battle, you'd see their pokemon there as well, usually a bit to the left of the one you're fighting. I think sometimes they also showed up on the sidelines?

    Finally acquired a phone capable of playing Pokego, I'm so excited! @increasinglyCoherent has already got it and...found a Dewgong, hanging out in our town's main street, a significant distance from the water. U ok buddy? Lost?

    A Staryu showed up in my room yesterday. I live nowhere near the water. I can only assume it got lost.

    Was it raining? A Seel spawned near my house which, ok, if you go down the hill into the woods there's a stream, but it had been raining that day.

    One of the Pokestops near work used to be a storefront church in a strip mall but is now a vape lounge and they throw down lures every day and it's hilarious.

    Also I caught a weaksauce Eevee this morning that gave me enough candy to evolve my toughest Eevee and now I have a Jolteon named Killerwatt.

    Discovering the limitations of being in a small out-of-the-way village when playing Pokémon Go: we do have a Gym and Pokéstop in the form of our local church and town hall respectively, but...

    ...our mobile data signal in this area is too weak to access either. We know they're there. We cannot interact with them.

    On the plus side, the lanes are practically riddled with Eevees! :D

    I caught a Koffing. It is full of hot air and belches toxicity wherever it goes. I'm not sure whether to name it Discourse or Donald Trump.
