One question, why is Prowl/Jazz such a popular ship? The pairing has 904 fics on AO3, and that number is just a bit less than all the fics with megastar and megaop combined.

I've never seen them interact in any of the IDW comics I've read. The pairing really must be a legacy thing (unless they worked together in phase one). If feel like there's got to be something newish that's sustained interest in the ship. Were they working together in one of the more recent animated shows? This is SO GOOD! Man, that is excellent meta. I wonder if the idw comics are aiming for a complete bad guy/good guy flip for Optimus and Megatron. This makes me even more excited for the next issue of MTMTE

Dead is dead in this series, for the most part! But Cliffjumper lives on to be tiny and hilariously violent in plenty of other universes. And this Soundwave is SO fucking cool, omg. I love pretty much version of him I've ever met, but this was the first one that hit me in the heart eyes, motherfucker place edit: like, this one artist sometimes draws comics recapping the original eighties cartoon episodes, and the beginning of this one is a very accurate portrayal of cliffjumper's original characterization. I watched that episode, and... yeah, that's pretty much how it went

I'm pleased to report that I started reading All Hail Megatron because of fanfiction, and i was able to successful identify a bunch of characters I've never seen before because research I did for different fanfiction. It's all your fault, I haven't approached source material in this fandom-first way since Gundam Wing and Yu Yu Hakusho in the nineties. Edit: haha, they just greeted Hot Rod by punching him, I think he's used to it. Edit2: Now I see why people ship Prowl/Jazz, there's definitely something going on
Argh, ok, I'm prepping images for a Rodimus music video (It's so slooooooow, why did I decide this was a good idea, at least I've got 60 so far). The problem is I can't find a decent digital copy of The Death of Optimus Prime, I need a few roddy shots out of it (for some reason, he's way more kinetic in that issue then in most of mtmte). I'd really prefer a archive file like .cbz or .cbr, but a PDF would work. I already own the trade of volume one, but that's not going to do me alot of good in this case.
