Tour guides generally don't, but issues of employment can make giving a firm denial... problematic. So just never frag your tour guide, though I am not sure if you will ever find one on the hellscape you call a home planet, and you will be fine.

It's a bit sad that I don't even have to specify the colony. Over half of them are hellscapes.
