I suppose, as long as everyone was around the same size, they could be open to anyone. The only rule is having limbs, and hitting people with those limbs. No weapons. Races under certain circumstances. No interfering with someone else's duel, if it is a duel, and not a brawl where all of the other combatants are on the floor. Punch until they bleed, and then punch them some more, but try not to kill them or the feds start asking questions.

And if you're boosted on something, you have to fight with only one limb, because that's what you get for taking boosters, you afthole. @Nichrome of Iacon any rules I'm forgetting?
