So I'm almost to 1000 credits and enough to buy one of Mercy's legendary outfits. But which? Grr.

 

Imp is the superior Mercy legendary.

 

It's down to Imp or Valkyrie. Really I want both.

 

I prefer imp or devil vs the valkyrie ones!

Also Ana is my new fav

 

Valkyrie has a better voice line, but Imp has sweet horns.

Also, Ana is so fun to play, but it's hell if there's no other healers to help pick up the slack. Everyone spreads out and I usually just end up tailing one dude, keeping them up till a Tracer slips behind and punches my face in. Tracers have no mercy, they cannot be stopped.

 

Also, Ana's Peridot skin is so pretty, I prolly won't even switch it out if I get a legandary.

 

I still think the Shrike is really cool. And captain Amari is nice... really they are all pretty cool.

 

About the loot box system being fucked: I have both pirate-themed skins for Torbjörn. I have played him all of one time, and that was for a joke game. It's such a waste...
(But I got Mercy's Valkyrie skin in my very first loot box and I love it so much I will forgive the system all its flaws <3 .....except the duplicates, that's just bs.)
On the upside, I just got Mei's Earthen skin, so now I have an excuse to learn how to play her! :D

 

Imp looks Slaaneshi, which will amuse me.

 

I'm surprised how good I am with Mercy. I keep getting thanked in chat for great heals and it's such an ego boost.

You really can't rely on the team protecting you. I take it as my responsibility to keep aware of sight lines and enemy positions and likely routes and keep invisible as much as possible.

 

I take a special delight in switching to Mercy's blaster and taking people out. They forget that Mercy has claws, sometimes very amusingly so.

 

So many Genjis have fallen to my Mercy gun, it's the best feeling ever.

 

I always forget I can switch weapons and thus die.

 

Took out a Roadhog in a PoTG once as Mercy cause I had my gun out when he hooked me. Fucker didn't expect several headshots in a row. And then I did a four man rez and killed a back line Torbjorn. Like a boss.

 

Well that or I panic fly away and hide behind someone. This works decently.

 

Once I got cut off from my team and instead of trying to find my way back to them to do my job I snuck around a building and took out a Roadhog and a Widowmaker at full health. They just plain didn't notice me.

 

Flanking as certain characters tends to work surprisingly well just cause they're so ill suited for it that people aren't listening for you all proper like. Get behind a crowd as Symmetra and you can burn through the whole team while they go, "oh those pesky turrets, I'll take care of them once these guys are downed." Source: the single best PoTG I've ever gotten.

 

My fave mean Sym trick: eat the healer first.

Many a Mercy has died before their tanks even realized I was there. And then they died too. Flanking Sym is a beast.
