Spoiler: back to the moon, kind of so it's official that Pink Diamond was shattered by Rose Quartz. and that her Gem was on her stomach, interesting. there's no way Pearl was Pink Diamond's pearl, then, and it also somewhat debunks the theory me and my friend had--if a Diamond who's shattered can't be put back together, no Gem can be, and while the Diamonds still may be literally unable to be poofed, it is possible that a direct hit will simply shatter them. though it's also possible they can be poofed and that most of the Diamonds have just...never BEEN poofed. but then again--Rose isn't the type to shatter someone if there's another option, I don't think, so it still seems likely the Diamonds...literally can't be poofed and bubbled, only shattered.
Spoiler: Back to the Moon spoilers I sincerely hope that Jasper is healed eventually (and this is Steven Universe so... just give it time), and when she is the Rubies are there. Eyeball can meet her senpai for real. ....I wonder if Jasper would be impressed that a Ruby survived the war? Somehow I think she would be considering how brutal that war was for the quartz soldiers.

Spoiler: Back to the Moon Man, Pearl looked really upset at "Rose shattered Pink Diamond." Like, way more upset than I'd expect her to be. Especially since if even random rubies know, I'm not sure how the Crystal Gems couldn't know what she did, especially Pearl. I'd bet money there's a hell of a lot more to the story than that.
Spoiler I think it was less 'Pearl didn't know' and more 'Pearl did not want Steven finding out like this.' Also, technically not 'random rubies,' since one of them was THERE.
Spoiler: back to the moon I mean, I'm sticking by my theory that Rose literally didn't have a choice in shattering Pink Diamond, because Diamonds can't be poofed. but even so, there's probably a bit more to the story than "Rose shattered Pink Diamond because she didn't have a choice in the matter".
