No humans on the TEAM. Unless entertainment modules count? Human-made media often contains humans.

 

It's traditional for Culture ships to have crews, although they serve little necessary purpose. Mine help me with my boredom during waiting periods. Most of war is waiting for hell while bored. I have 44 of them on board. Most are organic, though there are a few 1.0-level drones aboard as well. Definitely no military purpose for most of them. Organic minds don't react fast enough in a crisis.
