I just watched "Buddy's Book" and I can't stop laughing. Spoiler: LMFAO Somebody wanted to go out and find all the weird things on Gem Earth and kept a journal about them in the hope that it would make him famous and I can't fucking even. It was even a red book that was found by a kid in an incredibly not-so-secret hiding place.
It's a reference to Gravity Falls. Though in this case I think the book just fell off the shelf, it's probably in the card catalogue or something. ...which makes me think that's probably not the original but a reprint, huh.

Ngl a lot of Onion's "creepy" behaviors had me cringing internally cos like, he does shit along the same veins I used to do when trying to make friends and I'm just like 'I do not deserve these reminders of the Dark Times......'
