MY SON

I adore Sollux, he's one of my favorite characters, and there's so much depth to him
and people flatten out his personality and it makes me mad

and also you can put him in ridiculous shirts I love this fucking asshole so much

Sollux is wonderful which is partially why I nabbed the @Sollux Captor sub.

I LOVE HIM. It's weird, because at first he was very background to me? I didn't care about him beyond his relation to other characters that I already liked. But then one day I finally got to thinking about him, about who he is and his issues and so on, and now he's my terrible bee son.

The thing I love most about him I think is that he's just so helpful. Like, he'll complain and snark and be kind of a jerk depending what the task is, but... He figured out the code from the ruins for Sgrub because he wanted to save everyone. He died for Feferi without question or hesitation. He set up the memo function for Karkat, fixed up the meteor computers for the team, traced the transfer from Dave for Terezi, made it so the group could talk with the humans even when he wanted nothing to do with them... He (half) died again to get his friends/the meteor to safety away from Jack. This kid is so moody and so down on himself too often, but he's a really, really good person.

I think his heart is the most important thing. His loyalty to his friends and his selflessness. Like he'll just do it, no question. It's truly admirable. Also I just relate SUPER HARD TO HIS SNARK.
