i would enjoy that tremendously, in fact. watching the mainstream fans get increasingly desperate to justify their hetcanons until the macking begins. i would be giddy with vindictive delight. >:D

i dont think i need to tell you this, but if it ever comes that far, the producers might need to be bullied into staying true to the book (and not everyone mightve read it)

Consider: Gather kintsugijin and some sort of crowdfunding and make it ourselves, with canon gay all over everything. I loaned my dead tree edition of God Eaters to my dad and he really liked it. I think he´d like the Kastor Chronicles too but sadly he can only read books in dead tree atm.

so, I'm left with two thoughts one, oh no i need to write an au of a few of my ocs in this setting because oh no it fits and man, i want to see, someday in the far future of that world, students writing an essay that goes "something something history books censoring probable gay relationships" and somehow using the gay murder cowboys as an example of "these guys were super gay, but through the years it was censored because criminal behavior and god crap, sure. but gays? ew no."
