Scelus is just the name of the city, the planet themself is called Hills-and-Sky. And is adamant about it, too.
1, 7, 8, and 11 are in Scelus proper. The bird is Judge Kynvakyrei, one of the founders of Scelus and native to the land. Probably the main reason the planet remains as it is, because Kynvakyrei is almost worse than me about people who don't stick to the rules. The mist comes up in the mornings from the river, gives the city a bit of a peaceful and calm look, even if it never really sleeps.

2, 3, and 6 are in the surrounding lands to the south and west. It's been used as farmland for a few millenia, but the storms we got during summer and fall made it not feasible, so they stopped. The stuff growing there now is hardy and wild. The ghost place that was in 2 is pretty new, result of Rillyeneth moving her contingent over from their universe, but that's just about all I can tell you about it.

4 is close to where we first landed, and the place the planet is named after. Dunno if I could properly relay it, but if you got a feeling of being watched, that's about right.

9 and 10 are from Southforge Point. Something set up in there and been eating anyone and anything we sent, so we just declared the place off limits. Don't think you can reach that room any more. But pit if I know what it is.
