seven's basically just scooping the mis up in his arms and petting them enthusiastically

seven is so enthusiastic when it comes to cats or catlike animals that other characters from mystic messenger tend to jokingly refer to him as a "cat abuser"

 

orlandeau, the incredibly violent bully of bullies, ironically has a massive weakness for cute things

I find Ford's negativity about the Great Ones amusing. It makes sense given what he's gone through. But in Bloodborne the Great Ones are by far the most human and most sympathetic characters. The beastly and monstrous demons meanwhile are the humans. The Great Ones simply wish to help or mourn their children.
