It was! A group of mages had found it for us, actually, but I think that the energies warped in the Mire might have reanimated it. I had wondered, once all the rifts were closed, if it would return to death, but it hasn't yet. It's almost more spirit than animate corpse, at this point.

Do you use herbs or magic?

That sounds like something Dagna might say. So a form of... enchantment, then? Or some other manipulation of magic, I suppose. I've never managed healing myself, I'm entirely too philosphical for it, or so my Keeper said. Unkindly, I might add.

Not the slightest, though I like to think it's one of Nobility or Honor, given its tendency to serve in battle. Solas wasn't helpful, and Cole couldn't tell me for sure, with how being bound to the flesh changed it.

I get caught up in asking the "hows" and the "whys" of healing magic and forget entirely about the patient. Of course, given the way Mother Giselle talks, I suppose that's true-- not a more philosophical one than that.

 

It's okay, he's just got a stick up his tailpipe, ignore him.

 

It's all the fascinating bits of difference between healing and blood magic and how the Fade works on the body and how we can use our connection to it and our fellows to leech pain and illness away, and then next thing you know it's, "Helios my lad, you've gone and let poor Gwydion fall asleep with a concussion again."

 

Oh you get past that after fifteen years of schooling. Or in my case twenty years of being "dead".
