Rotorstorm, love of my life (in addition to starscream, prowl, cyclonus, rodimus, ratchet, jazz, soundwave, et cetera--) What went down at Simanzi (where the cybertronian population was literally halved) was apparently so traumatic that it's what really kicked his brash loudmouth cover personality thing into high gear! In his psych interview with Rung, it pretty much took just mentioning Simanzi to get that cover to crumble. And the actions he took in Simanzi were also so hardcore that that's when he was awarded the Novic medal for outstanding valor, and Whirl crashed the award ceremony. Plus after this, he applied to be a Wrecker, rejected the membership when he was offered, then went off to be a teacher at the same academy where Whirl taught him. I just really really really really wish that this obnoxious minor character could have had more screen time and development ;_;
hey hey guys. So for reasons of cdcf and also because of other (different ship) fic I have consumed, I have a powerful need to write Prowl/Constructicons. But the scope of juggling so many characters at once is kinda ;u; Does anyone (like @applechime) have any kinks/etc they'd like to nominate to narrow down the playing field? I'm that special kind of fried where I'm creating, but picking something to creating is just [quiet heening]. My current best idea is to go Prowl POV with bondage and blindfold so I don't have to worry about him moving or seeing and I don't have to say particularly who's talking :P So that's kind of a cop-out, if a fun cop-out, and I am open to other ideas A L S O, I think coldstars may have linked this fic before, but Coming To Terms, oh my god, oh my godddddddd. It's not finished, and is probably abandoned forever, and stops at a spot that causes me physical pain, but it's still one of the most fantastic transformers reading experiences I've ever had. I haven't read-read the whole thing yet, just skimmed for the juicy bits (there is a lot of fic in that document), but highlights include all the constructicons trying to court Ratchet (only two of them are there at the moment, so it's just double-teaming him, but it is intense) and this entire slow burn dynamic that gets built up between Jazz and Prowl, and I can't get either of these things off my mind. I will probably be back to wail more about this fic sometime in the near future, because I am so excited about it! The stuff I mentioned doesn't even begin to touch on the sexy centerpiece of the fic, and also the main ship is starscream/jazz, but it's really everyone/everyone, and it is amazing. SO. I need more Prowl, I need more Constructicons, and I've just been reminded of a fantastic Prowl/Constructicon picture, so all these things need to come together.
whooooooooo i made it to dark cybertron! through the first issue of it, it's not super out of nowhere confusing to me.. tho i came into it expecting to understand nothing so that helps bless starscream tho. whatre you doing tbh im sorta glad to be in a new arc @.@ the last one was super good and i loved it!! the problem being i read it instead of doing homework
The plotting and pacing in this arc is a bit of a letdown after how intense and tightly written mtmte was, though there is definitely exciting stuff going on! And Starscream....... he is the most precious disaster I have ever seen. Except maybe Prowl. Help, I've fallen into the Starscream pit and can't get up. Once you clear DC and get back into MTMTE, the plotting and pacing get right back on track, and you get some extra interesting character moments and plot points to kick things off before you dive headfirst back into the ongoing series plot!
OH MAN OH MAN OH MAN i have read some really great constructicons/prowl bdsm, specifically immobilization.... also something involving non-consensual (in that they didn't tell him what they were doing) minor cannibalism... it was less weird than i am making it sound, honestly it was great hm!!! hm hm hm hm. i think anything with them is always going to be a bit dubcon, since prowl's still slightly disgusted by them and hates that they "know" him. but he's also accepted them as being ... "his", i guess?? "six moving parts is all i need." the unconditional worship they have for him is also super great, and since they've got no morals and don't seem to care too much about his opinion of them, it lends itself well to dubcon too.... dub/non-consensual body worship with bdsm elements?? also fun is that they're jealous, at least re: prowl-as-gestalt-member. devastator was furious when prowl inadvertently became part of optimus maximus.... ohhh man i am too tired to think about this coherently but I AM EXCITE....
