GOD YES. Like oh my god, this is pretty much the first person EVER to recognize Soundwave as a person in need, and who stopped and took time out of his life to give this random (crazy?) street mech not only a few minutes of attention, but weeks, months, YEARS to teach him the chopping skills he needed to deal with three overwhelming input from his uncontrolled psychic powers. And this is despite Ravage being right down at the bottom of the social hierarchy, he does all this to help out a stranger who's even worse off than him. I really like that this is one of the biggest emotional displays we get from Soundwave. I love it. You get anger from him on earth when Galvatron is ruining everything, but the emotion you get from him regarding Ravage, it wrecks me every time. Now and later. This is the person who saved him, it makes so much sense that Ravage would be the person to get overt emotional displays out of him too.
I kinda want Laserbeak and Buzzsaw to get more development, though, rn they're just the snarkbirb siblings.

I've seen a few fics floating around that have sensory equipment of one kind or another stored in horns (Bee and Jazz mostly, and of course the ever-present antlers chevrons for Ratchet, Prowl, etc etc), but I don't think it's canon.
I'm watching a TFP this is war amv and. they had starscream as 'the martyr.' I. ?????? Also huhs: Fowler as the prophet, Breakdown as the pariah (do you know what that word means, amv-er) Though Unicron as 'the messiah' is. kind of great.and a lot of their edit choices are good. it's just those few stick out to me. though MAN this song gets repetitive quickly. It also appears to have been made before s2 started, huh.

Dark Hasbro had some merchandise in Target the last time I looked, but a lot of it was really heavily focused on GIANT EXPENSIVE COMBINERS, which is... probably the comic merch I am absolutely least interested in. I don't remember all their stock, though, and that was a little ways back. still want the dumb expensive skywarp, ngl
