Basically, I have never, ever met an Alpha Trion I even kinda sorta tolerated. My favorite Alpha Trion moment is that part where he nearly died in phase two :')
What about TFP Takei Trion who does barely anything? I guess he does implant a macguffin in whatsisface though...
I dislike his background manipulation shenanigans. He's relatively inoffensive compared to IDW, but I'm still annoyed by how inffectual and opaque he is. Both canons, even when his plans succeed, I feel like he didn't deserve it, and the writers are more preoccupied with him being mysteeeeeerious than with him being actually effective.
