99% of everything is awful, but I went out to feed the cats earlier, and almost immediately our favorite stray cat emerged from a bush to go eat, and just. I love this cat, I kind of want to figure out the convoluted setup it'd take so I could get a photo of him to show you guys, as if he'd let me take a picture of him. my phone doesn't take photos well, so I'd have to fumble with a digital camera, the dubious cords that come with it, and probably multiple computers, just to show you this glorious cat. that's a lot of effort, so just imagine the biggest, scrappiest black kitty that could ever grace a person's backyard. his ears are wonky and torn, and sometimes he has missing fur patches, and beautiful yellow eyes I'm so glad no one hurt him on Halloween
I was in a Skype call with my girlfriend last night, and my parents told me to tell her that they love her, and that they think I've won the girlfriend lottery. And we're vaguely discussing getting married someday. <3
Vine compilations with lots of kids doing stupid shit and no few parents who are immediatly dropping the camera to run and help. (Bonus round: vines that aren't funny, but are heartwarming when it's things like seeing dad sprint down a hill to avert disaster with the toddler in the rolly toy.)

my really good friend (for whom i have..... Feelings) just invited me to go out and get drinks and watch the hockey game tonight, because in her words, "I've realized that I don't so much miss being in a relationship as I do having someone to go out for a beer with" (she broke up with her boyfriend of two years a few months ago and she has been going on tinder dates, which have been largely unsuccessful) i'm getting warm fuzzies.... update: it was really really nice!!!! i love her a lot, just like..... as a person, as a friend..... warm fuzzies to The Xtreme....
