You need to actually have genes to be genetically identical to someone, and I think this guy's body is only physical when he wants it to be. I doubt magical beings like him reproduce the same way we do. For all I know, genies, fairies, pixies and whatever the fuck else magical from his universe reproduces through mpreg.
