I fought my way back from the thick of a brawl with the entire enemy team, because I know when I'm outmatched, and had just spotted a Pharah who'd fled cause she had like fifty health and was about to fly to her when I got blasted by a mine, AND THAT GODDAMNED PHARAH HAD THE GALL TO CALL FOR HEALS AFTER LITERALLY JUST WATCHING ME DIE. Go fuck yourself Pharah. I don't expect you to drag me out of hell with your bare hands, but I goddamn well expect you not to be a little bitch about it.

 

oh man, my favorite thing is to slap as many sentries as possible on the payload. my brother and i dual-wielded symm on a payload match and the car was just a hellish mesh of sentries few lived long enough to damage

Best viewed on dash or mobile, their theme is incredibly annoying. But all the Mercy-maining salt you can crave.

 

Payload cover is excellent fun as Mei. Popping out to icicle or freeze or blizzard people, using ice block to heal up or eat attacks that make it around the payload.

I actually live it when attack Symms set up on payloads. Rocket splash damage makes them easy to clear out.

(Okay but Lucio dancing on the payload is a defending NIGHTMARE the goddamn frog boy WON'T DIE.)

 

Things that would be nice: Mei's ult actually having a visible outer edge even on slopes, so I can reasonably determine where the fucking outer edge is. (Things that would also be nice: cheesy fucking Meis not queueing for 3v3, because they ruin the fun for everyone. Remove Mei from the game Blizz, plzthx.)

 

Meis are one of the reasons I am happy that there is no more character stacking in freeplay. I want to see as few of those fuckers as possible. No I guess a Meistack wasn't as awful as multiple D.Va's to death with but Mei is already annoying. Multiple Meis is shit.

Oh, speaking of Mei tho, who else is sort of hoping that the Christmas special ends up being about her and Zarya and potentially them kissing? Because I would be. So about that. Blizzard pls.

as much as I ship it, I feel kinda like if they canonized it would be like they were shoving all their representation into them, if that makes sense?

 

Solution: hook up multiple couples.

 

I just personally headcanon all of them as pansexual and polyamorous which means any combination is possible.

They do Valentines events in WoW, so I'm hoping that we get one too. It'd fit the two month special event pattern they've been loosely sticking too (if they have a Christmas event) and doing an event every two or so months lets them keep interest without having to release too many new maps or characters too soon.

 

Plus their income model requires people to buy loot boxes. The kind of player who does that already has most of the original loot; there has to be new loot to keep them buying.
