So, guys... It's almost time. HOW ABOUT THAT CHRISTMAS THEN.

If anyone wants to send presents, we can discuss good presenting - tl;dr, fun stuff like craft supplies, videogames, or cooking gear would probably be fun. No actual food unless you're VERY SURE it has no gluten in it. Dude loves musicals and podcasts so anything related would be good. :3

I'd also like to get a bulletin board of Christmas cards, keychains, and dangly trinkets together, so he knows that he's not alone in New State.

And finally, anyone who can get to the Midwest... Wanna have a Hella Party, sometime in January? :3 People are welcome to crash at my house, fair warning that I have two very fluffy cats.

Yes, definitely. Gluten sensitivity is real high, to the 'severe allergy' sensitivity level, but chocolate is excellent. :3

 

Honestly, pillows and blankets are generally a Good around here. You really can't overblanket. Uh. Snacks, books, yarn samples for petting, basic kitchen supplies like 'nice mug' and 'delicious tea' and 'mixing bowl'? Nice candles? Sewing kit, woodworking tools?

 

The Walmart Great Value truffles are gluten free, and every bit as good as Lindt, which are NOT gf. They have malt, which is barley-based death. Plus fuck Lindt on principle. A reminder, since I ran into it today, that anything Baileys flavoured is also verboten, it's grain-based.

 

I'm drawing something, and I'll be sure to write a nice letter as well! :) Might be able to get some nice colored pencils too, but that all depends on finances.

 

The biggest gluten danger in terms of buying chocolate is that anything containing "malt" is right out. Also avoid Godiva.

 

I don't know shit about colored pencils but if you find nice ones, my budget can handle me dropping some money on to help, so lemme know

 

I have no idea what to do so Bag will have cuddly blanket and electric blanket so far.

 

ive heard good things about prismacolor colored pencils and my mom loves that brand for her adult coloring books. on the cheaper end i definitely wanna warn against sargent brand, they dont sharpen well and tend to crumble or the tips do that thing where they pop out of the pencil
