I certainly would have remembered such a... Horrid announcement. The last shipwide broadcast we had involved the Decepticon captain putting us all in danger again on a space station and the lifting of those ridiculous fuel restrictions.

Time to break every scifi time-travel rule EVER! :D Basically some shenanigans happened and a mass reformatting virus went out and now sometimes if you sparkmerge with someone you end up with another tinier spark growing inside one of your frames and eventually that tiny little dude pops out to keep growing without being all cramped up inside someone else! [When the lights go out he squawks a little, but otherwise seems undisturbed.]
