Things that are currently annoying you

I am awake longer than I have planned to be, which means I may be awake for when my medication starts to make me nauseated, which means it will be harder to fall asleep, which means more nausea.... ;n;

I am hoping I am wrong about this.

 

People who feel the need to snidely publicly announce that they're not into [current popular thing] and why. Bonus if they do a good job of wording it so other people feel bad about liking it or being excited.

Just. Different opinions are fine but there is a way to do this without being a douche!!

 

Doing my monthly obit-check for work and I forgot that this month's batch of newspapers included the election headlines. >_<

 

I want to do... something. But what is focus, nothing is appealing right now, all I can say to any idea is "no not that I wanna do something else"

 

God, do I ever know that feel.

 

So guess who's now in charge of a cleaning task that takes a full hour of active work.

Knackered my voice trying to be an entire alto section in rehearsal yesterday, now 2.5 hours deep into a 4 hour reh. Concert tonight. Conductor, this is madness. What are you doing.

(And relatedly, conductor, you can tell the altos (i.e. me, and 5 nearly silent others) to sing louder all you like, but I'm not fucking singing out right now. If you want me to have any voice for the concert, which you do, you're just going to have to live with me marking in this absurd 4 hour rehearsal.)

and it's juuuuuuuuust long enough in front to obscure my vision enough to be annoying while still allowing me to see. it also absolutely refuses to move, even if I brush it away it just springs right back.
