Personal mutations: fingernails have extended and hardened into claws, good for self-defense and getting into things, also ears lengthened and become movable. (Pros: improved hearing, cons: increased likelihood of sensory overload)

 

I can engineer things I have plans and materials for. Also cat ears because WHY NOT
and also: I added to the post on the main thread that you can have your character be whatever gender you identify with, either that you transitioned or you were born as that gender, it doesn't matter really.

 

Should I make a subaccount for radio broadcasts? Like Marcus/other plot people as they come up

 

I think that might be a good idea, yeah - that way it's easier to distinguish between you/your character and "random person on the radio"

 

Thinking of calling it "ShardNet" and eventually we get something a bit better than radio for communication, like TV, or something like Internet

Also @Wiwaxia I was thinking that air exists in all the inner layers of the world, but is at the pressure it Would have been if it had been present in that layer - so the magma islands would be at a lethal air pressure. Not sure what kinda pressure air immediately surrounding the core would be, but I don't think it would be pleasant. Also google found an interesting discussion about atmospheric density. Short answer for air denisty at the core of the world: Air would be under so much pressure it would be liquid.
