Not quite! I'm a Spark myself, it means we're super smart and sometimes we get so smart we do things that ought to be impossible!

And yes, Mina is a Jaeger! One of my ancestors a long time ago mixed up a potion that turns ordinary people into, well, people like Mina! They're our special fighting force and they're amazing.

And Jaegerkin is the term for the group of them as a whole! While Jaeger just means one of the Jaegerkin.

Sort of yes! You can have one Jaeger or two Jaegers but all of them are the Jaegerkin! Sometimes they're called Jaegermonsters, too.

He likes to play with his cousins and the Jaeger children, last I saw them they were building a catapult to try and knock a hole in one of the Castle's less useful walls. -she smiles indulgently- Not that the Castle is going to let them.

A castle is a big building made of stone! Castle Heterodyne happens to be alive, but most aren't. And a catapult is... hm! -she pulls an assortment of random items out of her pockets and quickly whips up a little working model of a seige catapult, complete with ammo, which she gives to Norm- Of course, Luka is aiming a little bigger than this, this is just to show you how they work!
