Vanilla Minecraft! The Raven's Roost Server

I mean, it's possible to spawn a new one in survival mode, but I don't know why someone would do that. :0

 

i can't log on! it says 'Outdated server! I'm still on 1.10.2'. does it mean i'm on the wrong version or you're on the wrong version or what?

 

@roach It means you need to use a 1.10 profile. The server hasn't updated to 1.11 yet.

 

if you go to /warp spawn and then to /world creative, you'll enter the Land of Quartz and Rays

Its letting you use /world creative? I thought that was op only so I was trying to get multiverse warp signs working. That's a pain in the rear I can write off woo!

Oh, I remember on an old server the end generated a dragon each time a person went there. Maybe this is that? Otherwise, it could just be a glitch, or a config I forgot about setting.

 

It is indeed letting me use /world creative, which is fucking sweet because it puts me in the creative world at the same x/z coordinates that I was at in the survival setting!

Okay, so it looks like when the server tried to update itself, and then shut itself off and didn't turn back on it nuked some chests/the stuff in them. It also ate some signs. It had only loaded spawn at that point, so it might not have effected anybodies stuff, but if it did make a /report at the chest, and leave a list of anything you lost on here under a spoiler. I'll try to restore it, but no guarantees on enchanted stuff.

Also, set a warp for the creative world, you can get there easier now!

 

I canceled the giant face because it is too freaking big to be any fun to do

and instead I did this right outside /warp creative

 

ok well im gonna probably try to kill the enderdragon and see what happens if i go back n forth haha

 

Something mysteriously changed! /warp creative is in the list but it doesn't work, it says "invalid world" when I try. /world creative no longer works. The possible worlds are /world 0 the regular survival, /world 1 the nether, and /world 2 the end

I had been in creative when I was last on, so when I logged in this time I was in a black void suffocating. I tried a few world and warp options, got back to spawn... and somehow had all the items I'd had on hand in Creative. Mostly discs, I dumped them in a chest in that first building.

 

I might have to recreate the creative world to make it work, i'll copy over everything there currently, the world won't be deleted, the server jst decided it didn't like it for whatever reason.

Oooh. I just back into Minecraft recently, but didn't realize there was a vanilla server here. Mind if I join? Name in-game is same as here, for whitelisting.

Not on the profile page, it isn't. Spaced just like normal, "Helen of Boy".

 

I can't run the command to add you to the server because of the spaces. Would you be willing to log into your mojang account and change the name there to something like "Helen_Of_Boy"?

[Edit:] Mojang shouldn't allow accounts to have spaces in them. Idk how you got that one.

 

Because I'm an idiot that was sharing my profile name instead of my user name? Just at a guess. >.<
