Ford leans in quite close to her. "Hello, Samira," he murmurs, softly enough that nobody else will hear.

"You know," Ford says, "you wouldn't want me if I stopped being an idealist who believes life is good, death can be vanquished, your master is not as invincible as he has convinced you he is, and the multiverse can be healed. It's strange, really. When Sunshine was my kismesis, we said terrible things to each other. But you actually feel more of a burn when I tell you good things...and mean them. And you are beautiful when you are furious like this."

Given my choices in quadrants I seem damned to bad decisions. Bad, frustrating decisions.

Though at least at the very end I can spitefully know I was right all along. Bleeding on the floor and right. Knowing that bitch of an empress will be getting the job is a sort of bonus.

"Would it really be so terrible if I turned out to be right?" Ford smiles. "At least you'd not be bleeding on the floor. Again. I don't have a problem with blood, but you need to retain a certain amount of it."

Given how flagrantly impossible it is. Yes.

That and I know how you'd people'd get if you were right. I can see it now. Those horrid looks. Your smug, patronizing delight. My having a dress a color other than lime fucking green.

    Terrifying.

"Smug, patronising delight? How about tears of relief? And I think I would like you in red."

That is such a confusing and potentially misleading statement. God my culture's dumb.

Eh. Don't have much opinion on red though. Least it's not lime green or white.
