(Sans Santa pulls a wrapped gift out of his bag and hands it to Dorian. Merry Christmas, it's a jacket.)

 

I always forget that not everyone is quite as good at being a functioning alcoholic as I am.

Well, this is lovely but I am no longer in the Ferelden Hellscape of Cold.

 

It's a present, Dorian, you have to wear it. I'm sure it will match your other clothes wonderfully.

Oh, it's Christmas here! How lovely! I love Earth Christmas, but it's so hard to keep up with their dates when the hours in your day don't even match up.
-retracts his mask so everyone can see him grinning-

-he opens his hands to reveal a selection of good smelling bath bombs. The larger ones that glow slightly are best reserved for mechanical life-

[Onyx isn't going to give up the game. Nope. Whoever put that there is probably going to get devoured, but damn if it isn't adorable.

-Considers this and squints at Helios from behind his mask. The gears are turning...-

Oh, is this a human holiday? [One of the larger spheres, various shades of red and an odd combination of metallic scents, vanishes out of Life Support's hands and reappears at Onyx's side.] Thank you, s-- should I be calling you 'sire' yet, or are you and atta still courting? [It's not a family get-together without gossip!]

 

[He gives her a puzzled look.]
Festivities, niece...? Did I miss something?
[His sense of time isn't always the best.]

 

[She points her muzzle towards Sans, the bedazzled mi-tree, Life Support, and the Satinalia-costumed people in turn.] Some sort of generalized gifting ceremony, apparently? Very shiny, at least, and it includes intoxicants in at least one sheaf.

 

That sounds... interesting...
[He eyes the whole scene, a still mostly confused but a tiny bit charmed as well.]

 

[He cackles with delight, and lifts his glass of wine in a toast.]

 

-Clacks his own now-full glass of wine with Helios' then pauses, leans in to whisper very loudly-

[He hooks an arm around Dorian's shoulders and pulls him in for a quick kiss on the cheek. The only problem with masks: it makes everything else a bit difficult.]

Festivities! Satinalia for us, I think and... something else for the rest of them. The tree's lovely, don't you think?

 

Quite. It should be interesting to watch, if nothing else! Perhaps we could get atta and all the others together too, make sure the littlest ones have met all their siblings?

[She snorts.] I'm not terribly interested in someone a third as tall as my spike, sorry.

 

(Sansta has a gift for her as well, a little box ontaining a single, pink diamond on a pendant)
