I don't believe you are crazy. I do believe that people's experiences shape them, and as there are infinite universes and infinite potential versions of everyone, it is impossible to know if every version of Cronus behaves badly, as you have asserted, especially given that alternate universe selves with different traits and personalities are a well-established phenomenon. That's all I'm saying. But since this discussion is distressing, I will exit it.

So if we start with the premise "this Cronus is an asshole" and "all Cronuses currently known are assholes" we can, um, hypothesis test, right?

So Cronus is an asshole, and you're right. But if we have a, uh, third possibility, which is "distant Cronus not already known might not be an asshole" we can't verify that. So you're still not delusional, because you're, uh, working off an existing model of behavior. But in that case, you might be wrong while still having the uh, right framework?
