aaaaaaaaaaalso I was contemplating people Sloane might go pitch for if she knew them and.... Ginny Weasley. Sloane would be very pitch for Ginny.
I also considered Luna Lovegood and Pansy Parkinson, but I feel like Luna is too....Luna for Sloane to ever be properly pitch for her, and Sloane's hate for Pansy would just be pure hatred--she'd feel like she was better than Pansy, and hate Pansy in the way you hate, like, a cockroach on your floor.

I have a ton of HP characters but most of the ones I'm up for are AU versions of existing characters (Lav, Lil & Kas, Val) and I'm trying to minimize those or would be terrible with Sloane's situation (Lav, the Ashcraft family). Maybe West, especially since he's an oneiromancer, but finding out there's a version where Moldyshorts won would make him super depressed. And he'd probably step on @sans.'s toes trying to <> the Lavs because he and his Lav are a horrible shade of pale. And it would be bad, because these Lavs would not respond well at all.

For the record, Eclipse wasn't so much distressed by Sunshine as distressed in Sunshine's general direction; despite how much conflict resolution stresses him out, he's still got a strong sense of "I started this, now I have to finish it." Sunshine was just the unlucky individual to speak up first after Eclipse thought the debate was over and done with once Norm and Scanner's particular disagreement got resolved, and caught the leading edge of a meltdown :P since I fell asleep anyway I'll just rave-magic the jets back to the waking world, unless you particularly want to play out talking that through IC

I don't know enough about the hemostuck world to think about what my troll OCs would be like in there, but someday I'll read it so that I can imagine that.
