Cute animals: octopi, snakes, and snails. cats that aren't hairless. pugs are so cute they make me want to punch things. animals that may be cute but make me terrified: spiders
I'll start with a picture of my old dog. She died a while ago, but she was the cutest little sausage dog ever. Edit: Good thing I just posted a puggie, huh.
@boyacrossthestreet You bring up a good point. Is there a way to put things like snakes and spiders under something like a readmore for us poor arachnophobes and the poor snakephobes? (Also isopods. Please please hide your isopods.) And yes we shall need this thread.
If you like cats and their tongues, r/Blep is going to be pretty much paradise for you. There is a dog counterpart too, r/Blop.
I wonder if we could institute a policy where if we're talking about an animal that most people are generally afraid of, we label it and then put a spoiler warning over it. Like SNAKE Spoiler: this is only technically a snake but it is very slithery like so?
the spoiler thing is the last selection in the text edit-y thing that starts with emoticon. just highlight what you want to block out, and select it. (Rollover text says "Insert...", and the pop-down menu includes spoiler)
My lil baby Strider! Got me awfully scared by getting attacked by a (true) pitbull this Christmas Eve, but thankfully he's no worse for the wear. his petpet on the other hand, poor thing, is in terrible condition.
I have a tag exclusively for cute animals on my tumblr. Also, I give you... SOLLUX KITTEN WHEN HE WAS STILL TINY
Because I wasn´t just going over to hang up that jacket or anything. Everyone, meet Ty, the cutest lil shit there ever was.
Tinycat as a baby! As you can see, she was way too thin as a bab. She ended up being permanently tinier than most adult housecats, but she's happy and full of energy. This is Bigcat and Tinycat cuddling
