You have to add my friend code to your 3ds first, then go to festival plaza. First thing you do it hit the wifi button in the lower right corner to access the internet, then hit the huge blue 'trade' button and select the 'link trade's option.
A littlet of people will appear, and my name should be on there with a little 'friend list' note next to it. Click my name to initiate trade.
( If all the names are grey, you aren't connected to wifi)
