the new monster factory is about Knife Dad, who is "part wolf, part mech, part rabbit, part fox, part sunglasses, part dragon, part dad, all dad, all knives," and i started thinking about Knife Wolf again and cracked up. I love Knife Wolf
I just...I just love Erskin and Bel so much. It's like the opposite of auspistism I think. I just go, "yes, I approve of this kismesis. Please continue to scream and flail at each other, you're adorable as fuck."
Spoiler: spoiler because from planning thread Too bad Lu isn't going to turn up. On the other hand, possibly a good thing because seeing poor Lu with broken off horns and her general demeanor would break Bel's heart. (on yet a third hand, because why not be a multihanded mutant. Bel double killing Cloris would be kind of fun.)
honestly if i had the spoons for it i would love to engineer smol bel meeting and killing this world's cloris. his soul would sing with dark joy at the opportunity. maybe he can leave tol bel a note.
if that note says 'the vampire who did that to lu is still alive and will very happily do the same to erskin' i would imagine tol bel would rip the fucking fleet apart to get at her first.
Eventually, word gets through every universe where there is a bel, a lu and a erskin that cloris hunting is a thing, to the point where cloris starts picking up the psychic death screams of her alternate selves and starts getting the heebie jeebies. :D
