I can only speak for my own species, and we're just one form of mechanoid life, but while we don't have an exact equivalent, the fuel we consume, energon, runs through our lines similarly to human blood, I believe.

Mm, seeing as the blood equivalent is food for most of our species, I'd have to agree with @Whisperwind of Obex - siphoning, taking fuel from the dead, is rather common in survival situations. Of course, it can spread diseases and contains less energy, being partially process. Sparkeaters - the spark is some combination of a heart and soul - do exist, but they're rare enough that I've never met a dedicated hunter.
