[He yelps and does a dance, flapping hands at his face. He does not actually take it off despite PAIN HAPPEN because nnnnope not in front of all these people.]

*quickly scrambles with his phone and triggers the mass shut down hack in an effort to quickly stop the problem. This may however also target anything in range with the power of a massive bot net forcing things to shut off*
