that string of text jame spewed out the other day translates out roughly as "you're as stubborn as a strill in a meat locker". Atin, stubborn, is also a largely positive term.

Most of the ic rave conflict comes from characters accidentally stomping hard on other characters triggers. I was just making silly meta commentary on that and referencing stuff that that shitpost account has previously said.

I want to get Watchdogs. Is it good?

 

Only played the first one and didn't get far because aDHD but yes.

 

The first one is apparently fucking godawful (according to every reveiwer I've read and every friend I've had and every gameplay video I've seen) but the second is pretty goddamn fun. Think Saints Row meets Assassin's Creed, but with hacking mechanics instead of murder all the time.

Warning for some eyestraining elements though; it didn't give me migraines, but it might well give 'em to others.

For the majority of main missions (and some of the side missions) Dedsec releases videos documenting their activities fighting corruption in the system. The videos themselves have a lot of hard neon contrasting colors, glitch effects, rapid flashing, and sometimes uncomfortable repitions in the background of things like flashing eyeballs or slowly moving hyperrealistic mouths.

The videos aren't usually longer than a minute and don't happen very often, but it's something that can cat people off guard, so I'd figured I'd warn for it. (The rest of the game is actually very visually soothing, imo; not a lot of oversaturation or aggravating desaturation, and it can be adjusted down for old graphics cards without looking like ass.)

 

Reed is watching Car Boys, because vehicle body horror.

 

The main problem with playing @birb wrongs activist is that I keep wanting to do justice to the incredible character they're an imitation of, and when I don't have the character voice down, I drop the conversation bit.

...Actually, I do that to some degree with all the non-OCs I play. Huh. A thing to reconsider.
