I meant c3< on a "I'm culling you for the good of literally everybody else" kind of way, but on rereading I'm not sure which quadrant that's more closely related to. I guess <3< because the two of them could have used a competent in-between.

though that doesn't entirely fit. burr's beef seemed pretty personal, not like something he was doing 'cause he believed it would serve some greater altruistic good.

There's actually a cut line that suggests that the intended reading was actually Hamilton <> Laurens - apparently, Hamilton was going to say something like "the only person who would tell me to stop is gone" before going out for his duel with Burr.

I was exploring the dynamic between mettaton and sans through fic and decided metta <3< sans could be really interesting. Dynamic, showoff, loud and agressive mettaton and laid back, slightly apathetic, quiet and secretive sans. They both have the need to be in control of a situation, even though its presented in wildly different manners. Theyd clash so beautifully.

 

Thank you, yes, I keep wanting to see more of this pairing. I could also see them <3, but it'd take a lot more work to get them to the point where they could have that as a healthy relationship.

Starting off with another spades, Hibari <3< Mukuro is basically canon, as far as I'm concerned. They're really really hatemarried.
I feel like Gokudera thinks him and Yamamoto are fighting over Tsuna's diamond, but Yama is like, why don't you just go all the way <3 with Tsuna and you and me can be <3<
But I also find Dera c3< Yama c3< Ryohei amusing
I feel like Xanxus and Squalo probably vacillate but I'm not sure exactly how
