No. For technical reasons, I don't try to delete things. There's bans, but I don't know that this would imply "can't see profile".
It seems that banned accounts result in that message when I try to view them, based in wiwaxia's banned alt and the other account I tried viewing having the same message.
FUN FACT: if you log into a banned account bc you wanted to be a crow and didn't know it was banned you can't log back out ON A COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY UNRELATED NOTE i can't use Kintsugi on my computer with my main browser currently @seebs i sent you an ask on Tumblr but I'm pinging you here bc tumblr But hey, now you know how to really stop yourself from getting on Kintsugi if anyone needs that info
I did that to myself also, and fixed it by turning cookies off and back on and then logging back into my regular account, if that works for you. Side effect: may get rid of all your other cookies.
There's usually a way to delete a specific cookie if you want. On Chrome it's Settings > Privacy > Content Settings > All cookie and content data. Then you just click the x by the cookie(s) you wanna delete
