same hat! my old team used to do one armed planking, and I can hold that for about 15 shaky seconds before whatever keeps my shoulders together (I think it's juicy fruit) gives up

the last doctor I went to told me to track down shoulder strengthening exercises, I think in hopes that the muscles will pretend to be tendons
    any suggestions?

The best I can offer is water exercises, since that's what my mom did and what I used to do in her pool. Pushups against the side of the pool and using your arms to lift and move yourself around exclusively did a lot for her ability to use her arms, and I definitely was able to do out-of-pool pushups more often when we had a pool to train in.

In general, I think most of the issues with joint things can be fixed with pool exercise? Since a lot of the problems is the stress that gravity/weight puts on joints, if you remove that issue you end up freeing your muscles to grow and get stronger without putting undue strain on them. THIS IS PRETTY MUCH CONJECTURE THO because I am absolutely mediocre at doing An Exercise. The only other one I'm good at is Grocery Lifting aka How Many Bags Can You Carry At Once. :P

yeah I can't go beyond the 1/3 weight, my housemate is 110 and the time I tried to lift her was fail.

I guess it does depend on your definition of lift, though. If I'm picking up a person, like hugging them around the butt and lifting them off the ground, I can lift people slightly heavier than me. When it comes to picking up something like a heavy box I can manage maybe 40 pounds. If I'm lifting weights I get up to about 20 and can maybe do like two or three... lift thingies. You can tell how much I exercise.

missoyashirou Someone please give me a tiny dog to play with

Parks and Rec have ruined the new Rings movie poster for me. Every time I see the "First you watch it/Then You Die" bit, I always think of the shock wire "I call it shock wire because if you touch it, then you DIE" and say it in that cadence. And think of chubby Chris Pratt as Andy trying to explain the horror of Samara. First you watch her tape, then you DIE.

what happens if you play it with the tv facing a mirror?
what about two tvs playing it at the same time facing eachother?
what about a tv in a mirrored box so it's reflected and reflected and reflected and reflected?

The French Tumblr ad* for that movie is the absolute worst. It's a gif that uses bluespace to make two fake posts, one saying "Reblog this or Samara will kill you", and the other being a kitten pic that then turns into Samara crawling out of the boundaries of the post.

*Do you also have it? I assume there would have been lots of talk of it in the mentally ill side of Tumblr if you did, but idk.

I can't stop laughing at how accurate this post is - every single one of these is so much my life. The only resource on southern US culture you will ever need.
