Eh... kind of? We have lots of methods of reproduction! One of them is even sort of close to organics'! We just... have some physiological differences, and also the most comparable method only recently became... usable? I think that's the word I want. We couldn't reproduce that way for... most of recorded history, but it recently became viable again, for better or worse. Which is probably why we don't have a word comparable to 'mother' anymore? 'Caer' is closest but even that doesn't really depend on gender...
