300km of driving today D: Why do I do this to myself?

 

There's something in the bottom of the washing machine and I can't tell what it is except that it's gritty and nasty, and I have a pile of laundry to do but I don't want to run the machine with that stuff in it at least until I know what it is and where it came from. And we don't appear to have any more washing machine cleaner.

 

Do you have vinegar and a junky towel? I have heard white vinegar can work to clean a washing machine in a pinch, and running the junky towel through a hot water wash with like a fourth cup of vinegar might help.

 

I'll try that and see if it helps. (The stuff looks like bits of drywall, it's weird as hell.)

 

Roommate filled the entire living room with smoke and I'm having to pull my sweatshirt over my nose to function even in my bedroom with the door closed.

Also, trying to run tech support for your mother. No, I don't know how they made a PDF. It's not something I have ever had a reason to do in my life, and neither have you, so neither of us have any knowledge of that procress. No, I don't know why it's upside down, either. we can rotate it or we can print it out. No, you don't have a program that makes PDFs. No, I don't know why your friend does! I don't know! I'm sorry I don't know! I hate not knowing things!! It makes me feel like a sack of garbage!!!
