What about ice cream sandwiches. Those are made out of two cookies with ice cream in the middle

The question is: those things I occasionally see that are an ice cream sandwich except half of the ice cream isn't sandwiched and is covered in chocolate instead. What are THOSE?

 

perhaps, much like wizard/sorcerer/warlock, there are different sub-classes of sandwich

The cookie version is actually oddly decent, IMO.

 

They are the greatest foodstuff ever invented by mankind. (At least, the Australian version are. The American version is just pretty damn good.)

 

Pim's are cookies with a chocolate shell top, some fruit gel in the middle, and a very soft biscuit bottom. Absolutely divine.
