A sorority girl I'm fb friends with just posted a shirt she made with her letters sewn on it in cute fabric. It's adorable. I see what she was going for with a rustic-chique thing, and the stitching is very well done, but there's a problem.
She didn't finish her edges.
She's going to wash that thing once and a mess of strings and frayed edges is going to come out. She wasted four types of fabric on something she'll have to throw away after one wear. Poor girl.
