shitposting rave 4: (almost) anything goes

[Onyx snarls, flipping into dragon mode and not coincidentally putting herself between Unspoken and the various smaller (demi)gods present in the process. Her wings flare out; golden energy shimmers between the tines.]

Your temper is wasted here, sea-and-secrets. Find your brother if you want to yell at him so badly.

 

-her tentacles spasm outward like a squid jetting away, but she remains in place- I was. I cannot fucking believe-

-she lets out another growl of annoyance, more contained but with a faint seaquake rumble. The death-scent also compacts closer around her, less likely to hit others but unbearably foul in her personal space. Little skeletal wisps and bottom-feeders float around her-

Changed the currents. -this, at least, is calm. The sort of cold, lethal calm of someone who has identified the problem and intends to excise it- Threw me out of my own [rave translates this roughly as 'domain' with overtones of 'god-space', a point for her to inhabit outside their conclave]. Would have needed Balancekeeper, too.

-the area around her goes aphotic and watery, now containing the brunt of her tantrum. One would have to step inside to feel the effects, though there's a sense of 'staring down something about to make lunch out of you' Dread from her proximity making sure nobody does, just in case they are that stupid. It's like a cosmic-horror flavored version of the octopus hiding in two halves of a shell-

The same oath-kin who fought Anaireal. The same who rose with me. How many fucking centuries and they're still content with being given what no one else wanted.

We swore no masters but ourselves but They still limit us, Their secret beyond even my reach. Just as trapped as we have ever been, but the cage is bigger now and we're free to decorate it as we please.

-Is... she crying? It's really hard to tell with the water and all, and there's no noise or sobs. She's just... stopped even pretending to she needs to breathe, and the constant activity under her skin has stopped, leaving her somehow even more eerie; more dead than Queen of Unkind Deaths. The secretive, unkind Violet she radiates has picked up an unmistakable layer of mournful Azure-

 

[Onyx is no longer growling, but stays in her defensive stance; 'frightened' can be just as dangerous as 'angry', and she's not entirely certain the sudden shift in mood isn't a trick anyway.

Her lowest set of eyes shade back to warm yellow, though; the talk of caging and masters sounds uncomfortably familiar, let alone being exiled.] And is rage likely to convince them, either to restore your-- [she mimics the word for godspace/domain/home], or that your view of the cage-bars is true and not just a vengeful stab at those who have wronged you?

 

[Unicron is shrouded in darkness but there is a distinct feeling that he is keeping a watchful eye on this interaction. He would like to give his opinion, but... well he is not exactly a people person. His brother's children are much more skilled in dealing with things like these. That most of them are not particularly skilled at all tells you all you need to know about Unicron's abilities.]

 

-A dingy wall grows up in the Rave near Unicron's darkness, and out of the vent tumbles an 11 year old girl.-

[Unicron's sudden reappearance startles a hiss out of Onyx. Good job, protect your cousins from their own parent, A+.]

 

Whooooa! You're huuuge.

-Hey narrows her eyes at Onyx, considering how best to climb the weird machine.-

 

[The impression of a raised eyebrow. The wall crumbles.]

-Hey absentmindedly picks up a twist of metal from the crumble and bites off a chunk. Nobody she knows is around, so it doesn't matter who sees it.-
